Complete Building Services (CBS) is in search of a Journeymen HVAC Mechanic II (MHM) to support our large government facility contract in Arlington, VA.
Complete Building Services is in search of full-time (MHM) support for our large government facility contract at the Pentagon. The (MHM) will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment. The (MHM) shall also be responsible for the technical expertise of HVAC systems.
The (MHM) shall have the ability to:
- Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned
- Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed
Complete Building Services is a facility management company that partners with major hotel brands Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Cambria. We are looking at bringing in a new Hotel Chief Engineer to support us in Washington, DC. In this role you are eligible to make overtime. As a CBS Chief Engineer, you must be able to do the following:
- Assist in developing, managing, and operating capital budgets

The HVAC Mechanic shall have a minimum of ten (10) years experience. This position is located in the Laurel, Maryland area. Shift is M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm with overtime as required.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair of the following: Large chillers, steam hot water boilers, cooling towers, on campus setting with multiple buildings including lab with animals
- Operate and perform Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems and subsystems

Located in Adelphi, Maryland, the schedule is 8 AM to 4:30 PM M-W, off Thursday and Friday, work Saturday/Sunday 2 pm to 10:30 pm.
Our 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic will need to perform a full and thorough tour of central plant mechanical equipment every shift. You will also be responsible for completing preventative maintenance and tasks and reactive maintenance requests. Our campus contains a Hotel, a convention center, and a an administrative office building. Our ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with all three of these property types. An ideal candidate will also be able to float and cover shifts and be flexible to change their schedule as needed when required by coverage requirements. This could include holidays or other special days.

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to for a facility in NW, Washington, DC. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

As our Building Engineer, your Major Duties will be:
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.

Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring a Chief Engineer to oversee an educational facility in Washington, DC. The Chief Engineer is responsible for all mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, plumbing, keying, lighting, life safety, and energy management within the facility. The Chief must possess an active DC Third Class license. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Here is a view in the day in the life of our Chief Engineer:
- Assign work to subordinates utilizing CMMS to maintain building operations
- Provide Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performed
- Perform diagnostic and repairs on building systems
- Prepare work schedules
- Train, or arrange for training of, Contractor employees in the proper maintenance of building systems
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work on a daily basis to provide on-time delivery of contract requirements
- Prepare and issue solicitations for the Contractor as necessary for the acquisition of goods and services in support of the contract requirements
- Administer the CMMS requirements daily
