The Lead Watch Engineer completes Tour and Watch according to the CBS/JFRC Tour and Watch Plan following the frequencies stated in the Watch Engineer position description. Reports deficiencies found and corrective action taken during building tour to Assistant Chief Engineer and Follow-on Watch Engineer. Donohoe Companies is hiring a Building Maintenance Mechanic to join a large facility in Washington. We are looking for a maintenance technician with strong HVAC experience who is able to work on AC unit as necessary. Daily responsibilities will include general maintenance in addition to HVAC responsibilities. License is not required but experience with AC equipment is a must.
Hours for this position: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
