Complete Building Services is in search of an Assistant Maintenance Director to assist the Maintenance Director at the Pentagon. The (AMD) will assist in overseeing the daily operation and maintenance to ensure the successful completion of service calls, preventative and corrective maintenance, and work orders. The (AMD) will assist the daily upkeep of PM's/SC/CM record and work orders in the MAXIMO work order system. We are looking for a maintenance technician with strong HVAC experience who is able to work on AC unit as necessary.
