The Project Manager reports to the Deputy Account Director and is responsible for managing projects, including construction, MEP, and others as assigned while providing direct management oversight of the Chief Engineer, who leads the Engineering team. This role ensures projects and engineering operations are aligned, delivered safely, on schedule, meeting client expectations and in support of overall building performance.
The Project Manager ensures all assigned tasks are delivered at the highest service level to meet or exceed Donohoe’s contractual requirements.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licenses/certifications.
Schedule: Monday–Friday.
Duties and Expectations:
The Project Manager takes ownership of assigned projects from beginning to end. This
includes:
Engineering Leadership Oversight
• Shall posses at minimal (4) four years of recent experience (within the past (7) years)
• Experience as a first line Supervisor in directing personnel responsible for accomplishment of similar operations
• Knowledge of "mission critical systems" and their applications.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems
• Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and email applications.
• Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively supervise.
• Possess a professional demeanor
