Complete Building Services—a Donohoe Company, is hiring a Building Automation System (BAS) Manager in support of a large campus in Washington, DC.
The Building Automation System (BAS) Manager is a leadership role with full accountability for the technological and operational success of the facility’s control systems. This individual provides end-to-end oversight of BAS operations, ensuring optimal building performance, energy efficiency, and strict adherence to GWU/CBS contractual obligations.
Beyond technical knowledge, this role is responsible for the strategic management of staff. The BAS Manager will evaluate all staff, ensuring their skill-sets and performance align with the specific job titles and classifications mandated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Salary: Up to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience

Core Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS operation, programming, maintenance, and
optimization, preferably in a multi-campus or institutional environment.
▪ Strong understanding of HVAC automation, control theory, and energy management principles.
