We’re seeking experienced Senior HVAC Technicians to support facilities in either Washington, DC or Fairfax, VA . If you have a strong background in the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems—including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, and split systems—this is a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain commercial HVAC systems and VRF systems
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues
• Preform PMs on HVAC systems
• Conduct system inspections to ensure peak performance
• Assist junior technicians and provide troubleshooting support
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Promote and follow safety protocols
• Be part of our on-call rotation for urgent services

Salary: $40.00-$55.00 per hour.

What we are looking for in your resume:

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Strong experience with boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and controls
• HVAC License (or willingness to pursue one)
• Must have Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
