The Maintenance Technician will work as a part of a multi-person team, be able to use mobile CMMS device, and have general knowledge of building system operations for a large facility in NW Washington. This is a temporary position that will start July 29, 2025 and end October 15, 2025. Base hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Salary $29.50 per hour.

A typical day will look something like this:

• Change lights and ballasts
• Door closures, hinges and hardware
• Minor repairs
• Cutting and fitting suspended ceiling tiles
• Cutting and fitting carpet tiles, VCT etc.
• General knowledge of lamps and techniques to replace
• General light carpentry repairs
• General maintenance, including HVAC filter replacements, greasing bearings etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
