We are adding a Quality Control Manager to our Facility Management Team in Washington, DC. The QCM will develop, implement, and maintain a specific Quality Control Plan. The QCM will also monitor the performance of onsite employees and subcontractors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness in service delivery. They will play a critical role in ensuring the workforce adheres to contractual quality standards and processes, and they will oversee the rapid response to service calls and the timely delivery of reports and deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled Quality Control surveys to ensure Quality Program integrity
• Prepare and submit Quality Control status reports that identify areas of opportunity and track performance
• Implement strategic facility management plans to decrease operational costs
• Assist with the development of annual work plan that, when implemented, improves the overall preventative maintenance program by decreasing equipment breakdown and extending life of the assets 
• Work closely with the Donohoe Corporate Safety Manager to ensure the execution of Quality Control initiatives while improving safety practices
• Monitor service delivery, ensuring rapid response to service calls and timely delivery of reports and project deliverables
• Audit, track, and manage corrective deficiencies to reinspect work performed and identify quality trends
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure all quality-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively
• Provide training and guidance to the workforce to ensure compliance with quality control procedures

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Salary: $60.00 per hour, depending on experience
