The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in HVAC, and electrical work.
• Responsible for all general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all mechanical systems
• Performs general maintenance and repair of the building HVAC components to include CRACU/AHU/FPIU/FCU
• General HVAC experience performing preventative maintenance on AHU's/CRACU/FPIU/Exhaust fans/FCU
• Replace motor bearings and motors
• Place or remove systems and equipment as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned
