AAA Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Master Electricians to support a facility in Manassas, VA.The Master Electrician will work with a variety of standard industrial electrical devices, equipment and systems, including electrical wiring systems and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment in the facility. The Master Electrician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems related to data centers, as well as fulfilling additional duties outlined in the government's Request for Proposal (RFP). The Master Electrician shall perform all necessary electrical trade functions required to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems as specified in the RFP. The position hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday-Friday. Must be flexible for overtime and fill-in as needed.

Here is what we are looking for: 

• Must be able to pass and maintain US Capitol Police background check
• Must possess and maintain an active Master Electrician license 
• Must have no less than ten (10) years of experience as a licensed Master Electrician in a single building of comparable size, type, and complexity
• Shall have completed vocational and technical training in electrical maintenance and service work

• Requires Data Center experience

• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30
• NETA Certification (National Electrical Testing Association) required 
• Must possess an ability to identify all causes of electrical failures
• MUST have the capability to work with various electrical components such as PDU, UPS, Switchgear, Fire Alarm systems, transformers (both primary and secondary), main electrical service, as well as battery and UPS-related systems. Additionally, experience with electrical monitoring systems like SCADA, electrical power distribution systems, paralleling switchgear, emergency generators, load banks, and tasks such as racking in and out main breakers are essential
• Must work with RWO on any and all IDIQ projects 
• Must maintain and over see lock out tag out system 
• ground-fault circuit-interrupters (GFCI)
• Must possess an ability to coordinate effective PM scheduling
• Must possess an ability to establish routine testing procedures
• Must possess an ability to apply PM strategies and techniques such as RCM, RMP, and Root cause failure analysis
• Must possess an ability to meet project deadlines 
• Must possess an ability to work on several projects
• simultaneously and prioritize work 
• Must provide daily oversight to four journeyman electricians and any electrical sub-contractors
• A demonstrated working knowledge of electrical systems and an ability to understand and utilize electrical drawings 
• Must possess an ability to work and lead a team
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
