    About the Role

    The Work Control Coordinator (WCC) is responsible for the work-flow management of service requests, maintenance of the Computerized Management System (CMMS), receipt of service calls, dispatching technicians, daily administration of work requests and preventative maintenance tasks, customer interface and generation of daily reports. General office administrative tasks include weekly time-sheets, creation of work orders/purchase requests, ordering materials, processing invoices, uniform and cell phone management, administration of company vehicles. Must possess a Secret Clearance for this position

    • Project administration and reporting on project issues to contract officials, including status reports on preventive maintenance, trouble calls or staff generated service calls
    • Scheduling Preventive Maintenance Orders and maintaining the Annual Work Plan (AWP)
    • Receiving issuing and closing CMMS generated service and logging completed work into the CMMS in a timely manor
    • Coordinate directly with customer and/or customer representatives on issues requiring coordination and scheduling of resources required for facility maintenance operations.
    • Payroll and time-sheet tracking

    You Should Have

    • Requires 2+ years of general clerical and word processing experience
    • Must have a Secret Clearance
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions required
    • Project tracking software experience
    • Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS
    • Able to type 40 WPM
    • Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent
    • Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills
