    Complete Building Services, a building operations/facilities maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Tenant Project Manager to support a one million plus square foot building in Washington DC. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company.


    The Tenant Project Manager shall provide assistance and daily coordination for building related infrastructure and tenant alteration projects, as well as regularly interface both verbally and in writing with tenants, tenant representatives, property management, engineering staff, construction professionals and other vendors. This will be a temporary (estimated six month) project. The hours for this position are 8:00 pm to 4:00 am Monday-Friday.




     Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


    • Conduct competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, obtain bids/proposals/cost estimates for TWO's (Tenant Work Order's) and construction projects
    • Assign projects to contractors or engineering departments, as needed
    • Manage and schedule construction projects, including pricing, estimating costs and processing TWO’s 
    • Track and process TWO’s including issuing purchase orders and engineering service requests
    • Review tenant construction projects to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets tenant satisfaction
    • Provide direction and guidance to engineering staff to ensure timely completion of TWO’s
    • Provide written and oral status reports of TWO’s to property management and tenants representatives
    • Ensure timely billing of TWO’s
    • Maintain and distribute weekly update of TWO’s Tracking Log 
    • Conduct base building site inspections and coordinate repairs, as required 
    • Establish and maintain effective relationship with tenants, Property Manager, and Chief Engineer to address tenant concerns



     The Tenant Project Manager shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in construction related field, or equivalent experience required
    • Minimum of three (3) years construction management experience
    • Proficiency with Microstation and Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and project tracking software
    • Ability to plan, organize and meet project deadlines
    • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as required
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of architectural, engineering and building systems
    • Ability to read, review, and understand blueprints
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to work flexible hours
    • Ability to ascend ladders
