  • Overview

    Complete Building Services, a building operations/facilities maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a large (two million sq. ft.) government facility. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company.




    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provides general oversight and leadership of QC Program and team
    • Monitor and coordinate quality control program to ensure that all requirements as specified in the program are achieved
    • Review results of work conducted by workforce and subcontractors for all building services to report performance levels and degree of compliance


    • Must possess a Quality Improvement Associate certification from the American for Quality Control
    • Minimum of 3 years recent experience in managing a quality Control program of approximate size and complexity
    • Sufficient knowledge of building operating systems, architectural/structural elements, and custodial services to perform quality control inspections of all work 
    • Experience in multi-family, high-rise residential, and hospitality construction is preferred
    • Ability to comprehend and analyze blue prints; high attention to detail
    • High sense of urgency to work independently and meet critical deadlines
    • Possess a high degree of integrity and dedication to superior customer service
