We have an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to join us as a Technical Sales Specialist and be a key part of our growth. The Energy Management and Building Automation team at Complete Building Services are experts in system integration, new construction installs and control system retrofits.
In this position, you will work directly with the team to identify, develop and implement projects including design-build retrofits, system integrations, new construction projects, and energy efficiency upgrades. You will lead technical aspects of the sales process and develop creative solutions to customer issues and facility needs.
The Technical Sales Specialist will have significant interaction with the customer's organization, including technical and financial decision makers. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive solution and estimates for existing and new customers. Knowledge of and proficiency with design and construction methods for HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and other energy systems is critical.
Over a three year period, we envision the successful person developing into a technical leader of our team. You will continuously develop your technical skills including design, construction and operation of HVAC, Building Automation Systems. You will be the primary resource for evaluation and analysis of emerging technologies, and key energy trends that affect our business strategies. You will provide leadership to internal team members and manage external team partners including consulting engineers, product vendors, and contractors. You will maintain and advance customer relationships by acting as technical resource and customer advocate.
