Complete Building Services, a building operations/facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking a Plumber with an Active Secret Clearance for a large facility in Washington DC. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company. The plumber shall repair and maintain water/gas plumbing systems and associated hardware and equipment as assigned.

  • Prepare work plans for site activities
  • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems and associated hardware and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and ancillary hardware and equipment
  • Install plumbing systems, piping, and associated hardware and equipment according to specifications and schematics provided by engineering work orders
  • Place or remove plumbing systems, hardware and equipment as required
  • Perform preventative maintenance of plumbing systems on an assigned basis
  • Purchase materials and supplies as required for timely work completion
  • Interface with site managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned



  • High School degree
  • Must possess Active Secret Clearance
  • Journeyman Plumber's Certification
  • 3 to 4 years as a Plumber's Apprentice
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience installing and repairing gas/water plumbing systems
  • Demonstrated customer skills
  • Able to lift up to one hundred (100) pounds
  • Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
