Complete Building Services is in search of full-time (MHM) support for our large government facility contract at the Pentagon. The (MHM) will oversee the facility's HVAC systems and equipment to ensure proper operations and preventative maintenance of components and equipment. The (MHM) shall also be responsible for the technical expertise of HVAC systems.
The (MHM) shall have the ability to:
- Install, assemble, troubleshoot, modify, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Repairs steam traps, relief, and control valves.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems as assigned
- Maintain HVAC equipment in sound operating condition

Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to join a large facility in downtown Baltimore. Hours for this position are Sunday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and Monday through Thursday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Major Duties:
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain equipment to industry standards.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by supervisor.

Located in Adelphi, Maryland, the schedule is 8 AM to 4:30 PM M-W, off Thursday and Friday, work Saturday/Sunday 2 pm to 10:30 pm.
Our 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic will need to perform a full and thorough tour of central plant mechanical equipment every shift. You will also be responsible for completing preventative maintenance and tasks and reactive maintenance requests. Our campus contains a Hotel, a convention center, and a an administrative office building. Our ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with all three of these property types. An ideal candidate will also be able to float and cover shifts and be flexible to change their schedule as needed when required by coverage requirements. This could include holidays or other special days.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in supporting a Facilities Maintenance contract for large commercial buildings. The role will include administration, configuration of metrics reporting and statistics for work performance utilizing an Integrated Workforce Management System (IWMS), IBM Tririga. The job duties include:
